Voice of Hope – Lynnmarie Mann Consulting provides Elite Mindset, High Performance, and Goals coaching, consulting, and mentoring services to support clients in their personal and professional development. It is important to understand and agree to the following terms before engaging in our services:

1. Client Responsibility: Clients acknowledge that Mindset, Performance, and Goals coaching is a partnership that involves active participation. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
2. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law. However, clients should be aware that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice from legal, medical, financial, or other qualified professionals.
3. Results Not Guaranteed: While our coaches are committed to supporting clients in reaching their goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results are influenced by various factors, including the client's commitment and efforts.
4. No Professional Advice: Coaches are not licensed therapists, medical professionals, or financial advisors. Coaching services are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. Commitment to Change: Clients understand that coaching is a process that requires commitment and effort. The success of the coaching relationship depends on the client's willingness to implement changes and take action.
6. Payment and Refund Policy: Payment for coaching services is expected in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. All payments are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy: Clients are responsible for providing advance notice of a minimum of 48 hours/2days for session cancellations. Missed sessions without proper notice may be subject to charges.
8. Termination of Services: Voice of Hope – Lynnmarie Mann Consulting reserves the right to terminate coaching services if a client's conduct is deemed inappropriate or if there is a failure to adhere to agreed-upon terms.

By engaging in Elite Mindset, High Performance, and Goals coaching, consulting, and mentoring services with Voice of Hope – Lynnmarie Mann Consulting, clients indicate their understanding and acceptance of these terms and agree to release Voice of Hope – Lynnmarie Mann Consulting and its coaches from any liability associated with the coaching process.
